At BoatCarpet.com we pride ourselves on speedy order processing and UPS shipping. Boat carpet orders leave our warehouse in 2 days, and usually ship UPS ground.
Our shipping process
When you place your order, you will receive an order number. Then, one day after your order ships, you will also receive an email with UPS tracking information so you can follow it’s progress. Sometimes these emails get accidentally sidetracked by spam email filters, so please be sure to check your regular email inbox and your trash email inbox as well. Your carpet and glue will ship in separate boxes, and one may arrive a day ahead of the other one. If this step does not happen, feel free to call us at 888-283-0704 for help tracking your order.
Please check your shipping address carefully – UPS cannot ship to a PO Box. Orders over 50 feet must go by truck to a business address. Please allow 2 weeks for these freight deliveries. Marideck marine vinyl orders also usually leave their warehouse in 2 days.
Inspection and Storage
When your carpet arrives, please open it right away to inspect it. This gives you time to correct a rare mistake before your installation. You can spread out your carpet in a warm spot or re-roll it and store it in a warm, dry place. Your carpet may arrive folded then rolled. This does not affect the installation quality. You will be using sturdy glue and a carpet roller and any folds or creases roll right out. If you would like extra assurance, roll it out in the sun to soften the backing. Please note that once your carpet has been cut or glue has been applied, we cannot accept it for return.
Please make sure to store your carpet and glue in a warm place, above 65 degrees. Also keep your materials at that temperature or higher before and during your installation. Cold weather leads to poor glue performance.

Free shipping on all orders over $50 applies to all boat carpet, boat carpet glue, and all our products in the U.S. except for Hawaii and Alaska. We offer to ship to Hawaii and Alaska at an additional cost. Please contact our customer service by email or phone for a quote. We do not ship internationally or to Canada.
